I was very impressed with the initial response to my enquiry regarding cleaning. A meeting was arranged to meet Emma, who would be working with us, and I liked her straight away; she was very friendly and professional. I took lots of notes as I took her around the house, which I liked. The first cleaning was done on a day we weren't home, and I have to say nothing is better than returning home to a gorgeous, clean house!
